Major General Dave Bryan (U.S. Army, retired) is chairman of the board and proxy holder of Speedcast Government. He is the former chairman of the board and outside director of Eutelsat America, Inc. He serves as director and strategic advisor for Vancro, Inc., strategic advisor to DB Networks, Inc., director of Vigilant Watch Integration, Inc., and alumni advisory director to the Board of Governors of Jacksonville State University. He has also served as a director of Threat Connect, Inc. and Secure Network Systems, Inc. and as chairman of his Church Vestry. He is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Corporate Director Program and is an active member of the National Association of Corporate Directors.

Bryan served in numerous command assignments during his almost 35 years of military service, including the Signal Company, 7th Special Forces Group, 112th Special Operations Signal Battalion, and the 35th Airborne Signal Brigade. In his final assignment before retirement, he was dual-hatted as the vice director of the Defense Information Systems Agency and as commander of the Department of Defense Joint Task Force – Computer Network Operations/Global Network Operations, the predecessor to today’s U.S. Cyber Command.

Following his military career, Bryan served as sector vice president, Global C4I and Space, Northrop Grumman Corporation; president of Defense Systems Group and later corporate executive vice president, ManTech International Corporation, and president of Strategic Solutions Group, USfalcon, Inc. In 2011, he founded Bryan Business Management and Technology, LLC (BBMT) and continues to serve as its president and CEO.
